Local Company Event Featuring The Motor Enclave

Please join us for a behind-the-scenes overview of The Motor Enclave, one of the most anticipated projects to come to Tampa.  Hear from founder Brad Oleshansky on what it took to make this unique project a reality, including the complex approval process and unique funding structure required for such an ambitious development.

The 200-acre development is located at the I-4 and I-75 crossroads.  When complete, The Motor Enclave Tampa will be the largest Experimental Automotive Community in the United States and will include:

  • 80+ Acre Off-Road Experience
  • 37,000 SF State-of-the-Art Corporate Event Center
