Join us on September 24th at 4:00 PM for a live update from Strategic Property Partners on the Water Street Tampa project, the Nation’s largest mixed-use development currently under construction. Strategic Property Partners, a JV between Cascades Investments (Bill Gates) and Jeff Vinik (hedge fund manager and NHL team owner), is developing a transformative, 56 acre mixed use urban development on the Tampa Bay waterfront. The project is a $3.6 billion investment and encompasses 9 million SF of office, retail, residential, hotel and educational space.
