When the Piggy Bank Breaks - Lessons Learned from the Silicon Valley Bank Collapse

In early 2023, regulators were tackling the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, and the financial community was trying to understand what was going on, predicting what would happen in the banking sector. Since the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, other financial institutions have failed, and experts and politicians have been advising interested parties on various issues.
A year later, the dust has settled, and we have learned a lot.

Please join FEI Twin Cities to find out what really happened, what we know, and what can be learned with the benefit of hindsight. The lessons are many and include lessons for directors of companies of all sizes with respect to their fiduciary duties and how best to fulfill them.
