Corporate Controller Job Posting

Supports Oki Golf Management LLC’s vision by overseeing the financial operations, reporting and controls environment of the Company. Ensures the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial data and related metrics of the Company. Must be hands-on and willing/able to jump into details while still keeping the big picture in sight.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Issues timely, accurate and reliable financial statements.
  • Collaborates with all departments to adjust accounting operations to meet the needs of business operations.
  • Reviews and maintains the company’s control environment.
  • Participates on and/or leads department or companywide projects to support the Company’s goals and objectives.
  • Leads with a culture of continuous improvement, seeking ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting team.
  • Mentors, coaches and develops team members.
Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7 - 10 years’ progressively responsible finance and accounting experience
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience managing team members who may be managers or individual contributors
  • Accounting experience in retail industry required; previous golf industry experience a plus
  • CPA license or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of accounting operations and functionality.
  • Expert knowledge of financial controls and compliance
  • Working knowledge of tax rules and theories in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Working knowledge of treasury operations and cash management systems and processes.
