Staffing and Professional Services in Partnership With RHI


FEI has joined together with Robert Half to broaden its member services offering, with a new program to provide staffing and professional development services to organizations of current and potential members, as well as career management services for individual members. Robert Half was selected as a testament to their range of placement capabilities, national footprint, and proprietary technology services that can provide the greatest potential benefit for FEI’s corporate and individual members.

How Does This Program Benefit FEI Members, Their Companies and Chapters?

Members and their companies will be able to perform local or national candidate searches by skillset; post open roles and access employment and professional development content directly through the FEI website. This high-touch service is supported by the Director, Member Services, who will connect members and their companies with Robert Half offices in their local markets, and can facilitate the search to help find the best candidates for their needs.

Chapters will be able to receive and access a variety of data and material, that can be leveraged on their Chapter sites or by their members. This includes regionally-specific content on hiring trends, as well as knowledge sharing on a variety of career management themes. Chapters can also leverage professional development sessions and content provided by Robert Half, including presentations, whitepapers and webinars.

This service offering has the additional benefit of increasing the potential of transitioning members, and those not in transition, with a variety of opportunities and valued information in their local or national markets through the combined networks of FEI and Robert Half. Members will have the benefit of leveraging the same single FEI point of contact to assist with identifying new opportunities in local or national markets.
