Paul Hensley to Serve as Board Chair
Morristown, N.J. – Financial Executives International (FEI), the association of choice for Chief Accounting Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and other finance leaders, announced today the election of a new slate of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year effective July 1, 2023.
Paul Hensley, Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of HOLT CAT will serve as the national Board Chair. Since becoming a Member of FEI in 2004, Hensley has participated on the Financial Education & Research Foundation’s (FERF) Board of Trustees and its Audit Committee. Prior to his election to the Board as a Director in 2018 and most recently, as FEI’s Treasurer, Hensley served in various positions on the Board of FEI San Antonio.
Additional elected officers for the 2022-2024 fiscal year include:
- Caroline Sullivan, Senior Vice President, and Corporate Controller of Moody’s Corporation, joined FEI in 2017 and will serve as the Association’s Vice-Chair. Sullivan has participated on FEI’s Committee on Finance & Information Technology (CFIT) and serves as the Chair of the Financial Accounting & Reporting Roundtable (FARR). Sullivan began her service on the Board in 2020 as a Director.
- Vincent Greene, Automotive Controller of General Motors Company, will serve as the Association’s Treasurer. Since becoming a Member of FEI in 2008, Greene has participated on FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), Committee on Benefits Finance (CBF), and serves as the Chair of FEI’s Pension & Investment Committee. He was elected to the Board as a Director in 2021.
- Alice Jolla, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President, Corporate Finance and Services, Microsoft Corporation, will serve as the Association’s Secretary. Since joining FEI in 2011, Jolla has participated on FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR) serving on various subsets for the Committee, including the Leases Working Group. Jolla was elected to the Board as a Director in 2017 and has served in several roles, including Treasurer.
- Bret Lawson will serve as Immediate Past Chair. He has been a Member of FEI since 2009 and has participated in numerous leadership roles before serving two terms as FEI Arizona’s Chapter President from 2012-2014. Lawson was elected to the Board as a Director in 2016.
