  • Opening Reception (Sunday, May 21)
  • All Conference Sessions (Monday, May 22 and Tuesday, May 23)
  • Exhibit Hall Reception (Monday, May 22)

Also included are daily breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons and on-site conference materials.

*Trial Membership is active for 6 months, with the opportunity to join FEI at the end of the trial period. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements and have not previously held membership with FEI.

** Guest/Spouse registration refers to a spouse, significant other, or other relation who does not have a direct business or related industry interest in the conference, NOT a business associate or staff colleague. Guest/Spouse registrations provide entry to all networking breaks, luncheons, Opening Reception, and Evening Networking Reception; they do not provide access to sessions.



Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.
  • Until April 24, 2023: Refund issued less a $175 processing fee.
  • April 25 - May 1, 2023: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI conference for up to one year.
  • After May 1, 2023: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Conference Dress Code

Dress code for the general conference is business casual. It is recommended to bring a light sweater as meeting rooms can get chilly.

Consent Clause

By registering and attending or participating in FEI gatherings and events, the registrant consents to FEI's use and dissemination of their image or voice in live and on-demand recordings, photographs, video, electronic reproductions, and audio of said events and activities. It is possible that your registration may involve the use of technology that tracks your movements during the gathering, such as attending sessions and visiting exhibit booths.

COVID-19 Information for In-person Attendance

The health and safety of our attendees, staff, sponsors, exhibitors, and guests remains our top priority. Any safety guidelines and protocols will be based on the recommendations and guidelines set by the Tennessee Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
