ATTENDANCE OPTIONS

Individual Registrations

  • In-Person:  Attendees can participate live at the conference in the Town and Gown Ballroom at the University of Southern California. Registration covers all sessions and networking events (breakfast, lunch, networking breaks, and evening reception), as well as CPE-accredited replay sessions and on-demand access to conference sessions for additional viewing.
  • Online (Virtual): Attendees can participate in live-streamed sessions during the conference agenda hours. Registration covers all live-streamed sessions, including CPE-accredited replay sessions, as well as on-demand access to conference sessions for additional viewing.

Unlimited Corporate Registrations

  • Online (Virtual) Only: Unlimited online (virtual) company registrations. Registrants must be active employees at the purchaser's company. An FEI representative will contact the purchaser to coordinate registrations.
  • Hybrid: Up to four (4) in-person registrations, plus unlimited online (virtual) company registrations. Registrants must be active employees at the purchaser's company. An FEI representative will contact the purchaser to coordinate registrations.
 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In-Person Registrants
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must made via email to FEI's Event Support.

  • Until May 5, 2025: Refund issued less a $175 processing fee.
  • May 6 - 25, 2025: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI conference for up to one year.
  • After May 26, 2025: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Online Virtual Registrants
Cancellation requests must be made via email to FEI's Event Support  no later than Friday, May 30, 2025, to receive a refund. Requests made  after Friday, May 30, 2025, will result in a credit balance. Credit balances expire and are forfeited six months after the cancellation date.
