CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.

The following cancellation schedule will apply:

  • On/before November 5, 2018: Full refund granted.
  • November 6-11, 2018: 60% refund granted.
  • Day of Conference: No refunds or credits will be issued.
