Washington Virtual Fly-in For Private Companies

Open to FEI Members at Private Companies

As the country emerges from the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact of federal relief and economic stimulus spreads through the economy, private companies face challenges that should be addressed by policy makers in Washington, DC to enable them to recover, grow and compete with their C-corporation counterparts.

FEI's Washington Virtual Fly-in, held on Tuesday, April 20 and Wednesday, April 21, allows FEI private company members to communicate those challenges and recommend solutions to key players on Capitol Hill in a series of virtual meetings. The annual Washington Fly-in is a critical component of FEI’s advocacy efforts on behalf of private company community and all private company members are encouraged to participate.

Over two days, Zoom meetings of 15-20 minutes will be held between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Eastern providing FEI members the opportunity to express their views on key public policy issues of concern to private companies members of the House, Senate and their staff.

Registrants will be receive a schedule of the meetings in advance and can choose which to attend. Meeting log-in information and a briefing prior to the event will be provided to all participants along with a copy of the FEI Committee on Private Companies (CPC) background paper on private company advocacy priorities for 2021.
