Mr. Bistrong founded and heads the Harris Williams’ Technology, Media & Telecom Group, and his banking career spans more than three decades at Harris Williams and BankBoston / Robertson Stephens. He has led M&A advisory assignments for software, SaaS, IT services, internet, digital media, telecommunications, and technology hardware companies, and in verticals including healthcare IT, financial technology, energy and power, transportation & logistics, and infrastructure. Mr. Bistrong has extensive cross-border transaction experience in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He earned dual M.B.A. and M.A. Asian Studies degrees from the University of Michigan, and received a B.A. degree in Government from Colby College. Mr. Bistrong’s board experience includes JOOL Health, Northeast Health Systems, Lahey Health System, and Mobile Telecom Network Holdings Ltd (HKSE). He lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts.
