Terry Hungle is the Chief Financial Officer for Imagine Communications. Hungle has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry and has successfully nurtured the financial development of multiple companies, both public and private. He has been responsible for several successful merger and sales transactions of startup technology companies, as well as an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Most recently, Hungle was CFO of Mavenir Systems, a global leader in wireless software solutions. Under Hungle’s leadership, Mavenir acquired three companies, completed a successful IPO, and was eventually sold to Mitel Networks.
Prior to Mavenir, Hungle was the CFO at Navini Networks. Hungle has also served as vice president of corporate planning for Spatial Wireless, as well as a number of senior finance and controllership positions, including that of CFO for Nortel Networks. Hungle began his finance career with Peat, Marwick Mitchell, Chartered Accountants and Imperial Oil Limited. Hungle holds a Diploma in Accountancy from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, Palliser College in Canada and is a Certified Management Accountant.
