Steve Moore

Steve has spent the last three years as a strategic analyst manager for SPACs (special purpose acquisition corporation). Specializing in “hunting/sourcing” mid to large capital consumer facing private companies that could be targets for SPACs. Also, developing strategic analysis, business modeling, value creation opportunities, and due diligence leading to LOI’s and Definitive Purchase Agreements. 

The previous 30 years consisted of R&D experience leading a broad range of R&D product and technology categories at Procter & Gamble. These include Pet Care (Iams), Home Care (Dawn Dish Care), Health Care (Crest), Feminine Hygiene (Always) and Paper (Charmin, Bounty, Puffs). Key skill bases are in leading global R&D/business innovation strategy and R&D organization capability development. Seve also has in-depth skills and interest in diversity/multicultural organization development. Have extensive global organization skills with past direct reports from Japan, China, Brussels, Mexico, London, Toronto, and Geneva.

Steve is currently active with several small company and non-profit boards. He also actively consults on technology and business projects.

He has 8 years of Princeton School Board service, specific experience in developing bond and operating levy successful campaigns, $140 million in new school bond financing and 21st/22nd Century school design and construction oversight and also in-depth experience in leading change in Ohio tax/school funding legislation.
