Rob is a proud US Navy Veteran and a graduate from the University of South Florida. He holds fifteen years of land development experience. Rob values the client relationship which is built on confidence, trust and respect. He has quality experience in urban infill development, multi-family garden style development, commercial mixed-use and corporate headquarters. Rob views each development as building a part of a city, community and neighborhood. The same type of relationship Rob strives to build with his clients he has also worked to build and maintain with municipal agencies, neighborhood committees and contractors. Rob takes pride in working hard to see a project through from early conception to construction.
