Patrick began his career in the recruitment industry in 2004. Throughout his career he has excelled at building and leading sales and recruitment teams locally and across the country. He has been recognized multiple times as a top performer based on the performance of the territory for which he was responsible. Patrick is a results-oriented individual who leads by example and strives to always be accessible to his team. He has a passion for recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales professionals, as well as new leaders. He currently manages four staffing branches in the region with twenty-five team members. He possesses a Masters Degree from Robert Morris University, and Bachelors Degree from the University of Richmond.
