Susan Allan is the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc., a NYSE traded company. She also is the Director of Communications and Government Relations. Susan is a member of the Board of Directors of American Maritime Partnership and on the Board and Executive Committee of Florida Maritime Partnership. Susan has led the implementation of the ESG program and reporting for OSG. Prior to OSG, Susan was with Jabil for 8 years and Tech Data for 11 years. She has been a speaker at industry forums and legal conferences. Susan graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California and BA from George Mason University.
