Susan Rose is the Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital. Susan joined Aurora Santa Rosa in 2015 as the Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Under her leadership, the Aurora Santa Rosa team garnered Signature Healthcare’s Clinical Excellence Award – given to only one out of their 14 hospitals - for Q4/16 and Q1/17. Susan graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration. She is also a graduate of Golden Gate University with a Master of Business Administration and an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. Susan is the Treasurer of Senior Advocacy Services of Sonoma County, a non-profit agency that advocates for the rights and dignity of those experiencing health and aging challenges.
