Mr. Van Amburgh is the Chief Executive Officer of Dallas-based real estate development company KDC, the builder of Toyota’s new West Plano headquarters, developer of Richardson’s CityLine project, and now building the Epic office tower in downtown Dallas. He serves as Chairman of the company’s Executive Committee, overseeing strategic planning and coordinating all new business development efforts. Mr. Van Amburgh also oversees all acquisitions and development activities of the regional offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Houston.
