Donna Wilkinson serves as Senior Counsel for Ameriflex, a third-party administrator of consumer directed benefit accounts. In this role, she oversees Ameriflex’s general legal activities and policies, as well as ethics, compliance and regulatory affairs. Donna also serves as the HIPAA Compliance Officer. A primary part of her focus is lobbying for support in Washington for tax advantaged benefit accounts.
Prior to joining Ameriflex, she was Supervising Attorney at Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLP (BDF). While at BDF, she focused her litigation practice on complex financial transactions while representing both private and publicly held banks, mortgage companies, investors and brokers. She also served as Counsel at The Marketing Arm, an Omnicom Company, where she focused on employment matters, contract drafting and risk management.
Originally from North Carolina, Donna moved to Dallas after graduating from law school in 2012. Donna received a JD from North Carolina Central and a BA degree in political science and public administration from Elon University.
