Donald Braun is President of the HALL Group based in Dallas, Texas, and oversees the implementation of the company’s investment strategies and management of the company’s core business operations. He has extensive capital market experience having worked on and arranged a wide variety of debt and equity facilities, and the sale and acquisition of numerous companies and assets. Mr. Braun serves, and has served, on the board of directors of numerous companies across a broad scope of industries including real estate, wine business, software and technology, and oil and gas. He has also served as an executive board member of various nonprofit organizations including The Real Estate Council, the North Texas Center for Technology, the Collin County Business Alliance, and the Fairview Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Braun earned a BA in economics from Albion College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
