Ryan leads Weaver’s Transaction Advisory Practice. He has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisition related activities by performing buy-side and sell-side transaction-related quality of earnings and financial due diligence engagements in the private equity, family office, independent sponsor, corporate finance and investment banking arenas . His industry experience includes heavy involvement with manufacturing and distribution, consumer packaged goods (CPG), energy, healthcare, technology, and specialty contractors, among many others.
Additionally, Ryan leads Weaver’s CFO Advisory Practice where he assists clients with budgeting and forecasting activities, scenario-based decision analysis, long range planning, working capital and profitability analysis, corporate restructuring efforts and cash flow modeling projects.
Prior to Weaver, Ryan’s experience includes financial statement audit, financial and cash flow modeling, profitability analysis, corporate planning and restructuring services. He has Big Four experience as well as industry experience in the energy industry.
Ryan is the Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, as well the AICPA and TSCPA. He earned an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University.
