Roman Ward is an expert in the staffing and recruiting field with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Roman began his career in staffing in government contracts and DoD top secret clearance projects and has extensive organizational management and leadership training with a focus on learning and development. He has now been a part of Roth Staffing Companies, one of the nation’s largest staffing firms with specialized business lines focused in the areas of accounting and finance, technology, legal, and administrative, for three years and currently serves as Market Director. He is also the Co-Founder/Leader for the BlackWallSt@Roth Coworker Resource Group.
Driven by his peers and coworkers every day, Roman prides himself on working through challenges and finding a positive solution despite adversity. He is also highly respected in the community for his involvement with INROADS and local partnership with Cradles to Crayons. An avid sports fan who loves all things OU, Dallas, Manchester United, and Go ARMY beat NAVY, you can catch Roman on the soccer field and basketball court on the weekends. Roman is an alumnus of Bryant University.
