Royce is a Partner in the Business Advisory Services group and joined the Firm in June 2010. His primary disciplines include financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and consolidation, post-acquisition integration, financial statement attestation and post-acquisition accounting. He has experience in the following industry sectors: manufacturing, transportation and logistics, restaurant and hospitality, home health care, professional services, and software. Royce has worked with clients regarding complex accounting issues such as inventory valuation, business combinations, revenue recognition and leasing transactions.
Royce has led complex projects in inventory management including development of an inventory management system ($350 MM), facilitated refinancing and acquisitions ranging from $100 MM to $1B +, and development of consolidation reporting tools/templates pre- and post-ERP transition as part of a finance organization transformation.
As a Trusted Advisor, Royce focuses on developing relationships and leading through example with members of management, key stakeholders, and employees at all levels. His hands-on style allows him to quickly assess and implement solutions within the organization while gaining trust and acceptance of the various stakeholders.
Prior to joining the Firm, Royce worked in the Financial Planning & Analysis department at Raytheon. He was responsible for organizing the 5-year Strategic Plan, tracking quarterly Estimate at Complete reports for various programs, and assisting the controller’s organization with the quarterly audit by PwC.
