Mr. Kellert has significant experience working on the tax aspects of private equity/M&A transactions, including due diligence. He also focuses his practice on finance, capital markets, hedge funds, real estate, and tax-exempt entities.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Kellert worked in Business Tax Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP, where he assisted corporate clients with federal tax planning.
