Attila Bardos is a Principal with Robert Half Executive Search specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level, functional management professionals in the following disciplines: executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources. Based out of Robert Half’s San Ramon offices, Attila assists various Managing Directors in conducting searches throughout the United States and internationally.
Attila joined Robert Half in 2011. Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, he was the Division Director of Oakland’s Management Resources division. As Division Director, he led the recruiting and business development efforts for senior-level finance, accounting and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis for the East Bay. Attila was a finance executive with senior financial management experience at three Fortune 500 companies before becoming the CFO of three middle-market companies. As a CFO, Attila co-led the dramatic turnaround and sale of two of the companies. During his tenure as Division Director, Attila achieved both a Chairman’s Club and President’s Club Leadership Award. Having been an executive in Fortune 500 and middle-market firms, and a divisional leader with Robert Half, Attila brings a wealth of experience to the Executive Search team.
Attila lives in Danville, California, is married and has three daughters and a granddaughter. Throughout his career, Attila has been an active member of the East Bay community and has been involved with numerous volunteer organizations and charities, from coaching his daughters’ softball and soccer teams, to being a Junior Achievement Advisor and a Big Brother. Attila has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from San Jose State University.
