Kerri Heydens

Kerri is a tax partner in Greater Michigan Private Company Services (PCS) practice with over 20 years of experience in advising US based multinational companies, private equity owned companies, inbound companies and family owned business and their owners in all areas of taxation.  Kerri serves companies in various industries including automotive, manufacturing, professional services, sports entertainment, and technology. Kerri is well-versed in pass through entity taxation as well as corporate income tax and tax accounting (ASC 740 and IAS 12). 

Kerri is also the Greater Michigan PCS Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Partner Champion.  Kerri actively engages in and leads local and firmwide D&I initiatives.  As a technology partner champion, Kerri also works with engagement teams to implement enterprise-led and citizen-led technology solutions for PwC.

Kerri lives in Rochester Hills with her husband Scott and two children Khloe (9) and Brady (7).  Kerri currently sits on the board of the Michigan’s Women’s Tax Association and is the past president (2019-2020). Kerri is also a past chair of the MICPA Accounting for Income Tax Practitioner task force.   She earned  a B.S. from Wayne State University and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University.  Kerri enjoys skiing, hanging out with her family at the lake or pool and is an avid Peloton rider.
