Paul thrives on connection. He spends his days meeting with clients and business leaders, learning about their organization and identifying ways Start Something Bold can bring clarity to complex situations.
Paul doesn’t just work with a company; he embeds, using his 20 years of innovation, design, and strategy experience to help an organization navigate new territory. Nothing fires him up like taking a 360° view of a seemingly impossible problem and helping a company execute on a solution one-step at a time.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s in Industrial Design from UC’s vaunted DAAP program. Paul is a Board Member at the Association for Corporate Growth’s Cincinnati chapter and is the Chairperson on the Innovation Roundtable.
Paul has spoken at ACG Cincinnati’s Board of Directors Planning Session, the IRI Annual Conference, and the Innovation Summit for a Fortune 150 company. Paul has been published in Middle Market Growth and holds multiple patents of medical devices and industrial products.
