Kelly Mackey is the Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships for the State of California's Apprenticeship and Workforce Innovation Unit. Kelly leads the statewide effort to identify registered apprenticeship opportunities across multiple sectors including healthcare, accounting, financial services, information technology and the public sector. Kelly has been instrumental in establishing many of California's new marquee registered apprenticeship programs.
