Ivan is an audit partner with over 29 years of experience serving financial services, fintech and blockchain clients. He has broad-based banking, finance, brokerage, and asset management experience, including investment companies, full-service firms, retail, investment banks, clearing firms, securitized asset vehicles, registered investment advisers, partnership funds, FinTech and Blockchain/Digital companies. Ivan regularly interacts with U.S. banking and securities regulators as they perform examinations of attest clients. He has worked with advisory and tax clients as they develop their digital investment, custodial, and valuation strategies and accounting and control processes.
Ivan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPAs, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
