Brooke is a Principal in EY’s People Advisory Services practice and serves as our DEI solution lead. She has spent her career focused on helping organizations strengthen their workplace cultures both as a consultant and business leader. Brooke has led efforts to strengthen organization’s DEI efforts by reviewing people practices through an equity lens, creating and updating DEI strategy, and building a more inclusive workplace culture. She has led multi-year projects to evolve organizational culture, with a heavy emphasis on leadership development, talent management, organizational structure, and change management.
Prior to joining EY, Brooke was the President of PeopleFirm, an organization focused on helping companies achieve high performance through their people. Brooke has served as the VP of Consulting and COO of Great Place to Work, a global organization that recognizes the best places to work and supports culture transformation for organizations, with a special emphasis on ensuring equity for all. She served on GPTW Europe Board and delivered trainings in Latin America, India, and throughout Europe. She has also served in internal HR leadership roles, including the VP of Employee Experience for a design agency that was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for the first time during her leadership.
Brooke is passionate about supporting organizations that empower women, and has volunteered with Girls on the Run, Girls Inc, Teaching and Projects Abroad in Peru, and Adelante Mujeres.
