Dan Berger is the Senior Vice President and Head of Tax Insurance at Lockton. Before joining Lockton, Dan led tax insurance underwriting for AIG in North America. He previously worked as a Tax Director at Brookfield Asset Management and as an Associate at Moelis & Company, both in New York. Dan began his tax career as an attorney at Proskauer Rose, where he advised on various transactional tax matters.
Dan received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.
