Carmen is a financial executive and licensed CPA with over 25 years in the biotech and renewable energy space. As the CFO at EnergySource Minerals, LLC she is currently focused on building financial systems to support the Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) market. Carmen resides in Carlsbad and has been actively involved with the community as a passionate advocate for women in STEM. She is active in chambers of commerce throughout the state and currently is the Chair of the Finance Committee for CSUSM’s Corporation Board.
