Dave Freeman is passionate about recruiting, training and developing producers. Helping to shape and change the lives of our future generation of brokers as a sales leader. He has been in the commercial insurance industry since 1996 and is currently the Senior Vice President of Producer Development, for the Business Insurance Division for MMA West, based out of San Diego, CA. Duties include:
- Managing the Business Insurance Sales for our San Diego and Los Angeles offices, that sell P & C products to mid-sized to large companies throughout California, the United States and globally
- In his Producer Development role, he supports emerging producers in five offices throughout California, as well as offices in Arizona and Alaska
- Expertise includes workers compensation and in particular large complex loss sensitive plans and have worked with a number of manufacturing, distribution and transportation risks
- Additionally, he has been the co-leader of the national Manufacturing Practice for Marsh & McLennan Agency since 2015
