Keynote Speaker

Jason Ray

Jason recently celebrated his 6th anniversary as CEO at Clayton Youth Enrichment (Clayton).  As Tarrant County’s largest, school-based afterschool program, Clayton serves 65 schools across Tarrant County. Prior to Clayton, Jason spent 17 years at Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) where the agency grew from a staff of 12 serving Arlington and Mansfield to the largest BBBS agency in the world serving Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Houston, Wichita Falls, Paris and many other communities across Texas.
A $500 internship stipend from United Way led Jason into the non-profit sector while he was a student at Texas Christian University (B.S. Political Science).  An interest in government and politics resulted in him receiving his Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.  The most valuable education he received was from many mentors over his 25 years in the non-profit sector.
