Kenneth Fick serves as a Director in MorganFranklin’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) practice focusing on finance transformation, treasury solutions and implementing strategies to increase profitability, cash flow, reduce costs, and improve business performance. Ken is a CPA, CGMA, MBA and seasoned finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in both industry and management consulting with demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis, corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, budgeting, executive decision support, accounting operations, M&A and the implementation of strategies and tactics to meet targeted goals.
Ken’s experience spans a variety of industries, including professional services, banking, financial services, manufacturing, printing, defense, advertising and marketing, SaaS and omni-channel retail.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Ken served as the Chief Financial Officer of a digital marketing agency, led and sold a boutique consulting firm and was the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for $1.2 billion mid-market enterprise. He began his career in the finance department in several Fortune 500 firms before receiving his MBA after which he joined FTI Consulting, Inc, where he rose to a Director serving clients in critical, bet the company situations.
