Paul Grady

Before joining Alera, Paul Grady was a senior consultant in Mercer's Norwalk office. Paul worked with employers with between 100 and 15,000 employees.

Paul advised clients on human resource issues, with a focus on health and welfare benefit program strategy, including: design, funding, vendor selection, communication and employee engagement. Paul's clients are typically early adopters of innovative approaches to improving health and health care value.

Experience includes twenty years of management (P&L, sales, staffing, consulting, brokerage) at J&H/Marsh/Mercer in Connecticut. Under his leadership, Connecticut consistently operated among the top performing offices in the country.
