Gary is an M&A transaction leader with expertise spanning multiple industries across various deal structures: asset, stock, simultaneous sign & close, divestiture, carve-out (both buy and sell-side), transition (and reverse transition) services, distribution, supply, licensing, alliance, JV and equity investments. He is known for simplifying complex decisions for private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and heavily matrixed Fortune 100 companies.
