Kory Stoehr

Kory Stoehr's experience includes overseeing tax relationships for both publicly held and private companies, including complex international corporations. Kory has been involved with managing the outsourcing process for large corporate tax departments, assisting clients with significant uniform capitalization calculations and last-in-first-out (LIFO) inventory analysis, research and experimental tax credit studies, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state audits, and analyzing all business and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Many of Kory’s clients have both international and multi-state activities. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products, and software and technology.
 
Kory is a frequent speaker on various tax technical topics. He has also taught courses on ASC 740, research and experimental tax credits, inventory valuation, and various federal tax topics.
