Mr. Ken D. Semelsberger

Ken D. Semelsberger is Senior Vice President and Controller for Eaton, a power management company. Eaton is a power management company with 2015 sales of $20.9 billion. Eaton provides energy-efficient solutions that help our customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power more efficiently, safely and sustainably. Eaton has approximately 97,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.

In 2009, Semelsberger was appointed senior vice president, finance and planning, for the Industrial Sector. From February 2006 to January 2009, he was senior vice president, Corporate Development and Treasury. Prior to that, Semelsberger served as vice president, Strategic Planning and director, Corporate Development. Before joining Eaton in 1988, Semelsberger was a consultant for Coopers and Lybrand.

Semelsberger is a member of Financial Executives International and serves on its Corporate Reporting Committee (CCR). He is a member of the Manufacturers Alliance Finance Council and currently serves as a board member for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. Semelsberger is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and international business from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
