Leah Del Percio is the Founder, President, and CEO of Trustate, a technology platform that is changing the way executors administer estates. Prior to founding Trustate, Ms. Del Percio was an attorney at DLA Piper focused on complex estate planning, tax, business formation, and due diligence for UHNW individuals and family office clients. Prior to DLA Piper, she was a Sr. Associate at Fein, Such, Kahn, and Shepard, a boutique Trusts and Estates firm in NJ. Before Fein Such, Ms. Del Percio worked for J.P. Morgan Private Bank with a focus on private equity and hedge fund onboarding. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Human Capital Management Group. Ms. Del Percio has been named to Super Lawyers on 4 separate occasions. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Miami, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She has done extensive pro bono work including for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore, as well as representing underserved individuals in their fight for equality and civil rights.
