Mr. Joe Vidulich

Joe Vidulich is Senior Manager of Government Relations for Capital One, a Fortune 500 financial holding company, headquartered in McLean, Virginia, where he is responsible for managing Capital One’s reputation and relationships with federal policymakers throughout the United States. A member of Capital One’s Government and Policy Affairs Group (GPAG), Joe is the primary policy expert on legislation affecting Capital One's retail and commercial banks, and the issue areas of tax, trade, workforce, and diversity & inclusion.  He has issue area expertise in cyber security and technology business matters.

Prior to joining Capital One, Joe was the Vice President of Government Relations for the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, where he served as the Chamber’s lead legislative liaison and lobbyist before local, state and federal policymakers on behalf of the association’s 850 members and 500,000 regional employees.  Joe also served on the campaigns for Gov. Mitt Romney’s 2012 and Sen. John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, where he focused on finance and communication efforts respectively.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration and certificates in Campaign Management and Public Affairs & Issue Advocacy from American University in Washington, D.C. He previously served as the President of the American University Alumni Association. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
