Martha Bennett was named nVent's Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in 2024. Prior to joining nVent, Bennett held several marketing roles with 3M Company, including most recently as Chief Marketing Officer and SVP – Safety and Industrial Business Group. At 3M, she also served as Vice President – Global Marketing Excellence – Safety & Industrial Business Group and Global Vice President, Marketing – Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division. Bennett holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
