Lindsey focuses her practice on corporate tax incentive projects across the country for both public and private companies ranging from complex corporate structures to startups. These projects involve all aspects of credits and incentives including Research Tax Credits, Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), lobbying expense reviews, and other federal and state programs designed to attract and retain businesses and job growth. She has advised her clients throughout a variety of industries including manufacturing, automotive, technology, and financial services. Lindsey began her career as an auditor for a Big 4 accounting firm and after law school pursued a career as a tax consultant at several large public accounting firms.
