Michael Liu is a Director with the BofA investment banking team based in Los Angeles and focused on industrials companies on the West Coast.Michael has been with Bank of America for over 10 years and has advised on over $11 billion of transactions including buy/sell-side M&A, leveraged finance and capital markets issuances. He has worked with both publicly traded and privately held clients across industrial services, manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining BofA Securities in 2012, Michael worked in public accounting and was a CPA in the alternative investments industry. Michael holds his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his M.P.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
