Rolando Pozos is a managing director in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) group at Bank of America Securities. Rolando is focused on middle market M&A transactions in the West Coast and is based in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the Bank’s growing Private Sales and Divestitures efforts serving companies across all industries.
Over the course of his 20-year career, Rolando has originated and executed a large number of M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, including heavy manufacturing, technology, media & telecom, consumer & retail, healthcare and food & beverage sectors. Furthermore, Rolando’s international experience includes a number of sell and buy-side transactions in Europe and Asia.
Rolando was previously at Wells Fargo’s M&A group heading 9 states across the Northwest and Mountain regions. Prior to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Rolando was based in Los Angeles and worked with investment banking groups at Bear Stearns and later at JP Morgan.
Rolando holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the I.T.E.S.M. (Tec de Monterrey).
