Shetty is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for all the companies operating under Encore Enterprises, Inc.Shetty began his career with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and has more than 25 years of experience as a senior finance executive in both public and private companies, including 11 years of experience in the hospitality and commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Encore, Shetty was the CFO for several technology and manufacturing companies and was involved in merger and acquisition and corporate financing transactions totaling over 1 billion. Shetty is a certified public accountant (CPA), a certified information technology professional (CITP) and a chartered accountant (FCA). He has a BS degree in accounting, banking and economics from Osmania University, India, and received his MBA degree from the University of Texas, Dallas where he graduated summa cum laude.
