Mark VanderZyl is the Operations Manager for FastForward at Johns Hopkins University. His primary role is to interface with current and prospective tenants in FastForward, and to direct all external request for use of innovation hub spaces. Mark manages the relationships with sponsors of FastForward, and acts as liaison between the sponsors and startups & entrepreneurs. Mark also hosts informational tours for high-profile visitors, investors, and industry collaborators to tell the story of Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures and FastForward.
Mark received a degree in Business from the University of Iowa and spent 10 years as a financial advisor for AXA before joining Johns Hopkins in 2014.
