Kandice Lambert joined Lucid in May 2017 to manage and scale the company’s accounting operations. She has since built out their financial infrastructure and worked on the team deploying Lucid’s Amsterdam and Australian offices. Since she began working in the technology space in 2012, Lambert has been instrumental in two successful acquisitions. She also migrated international accounting operations from two countries to the U.S. in just a few short months. Her love for process improvement and scalability is rivaled only by her insatiable appetite for shopping and dessert. Before realizing her affection for startups and transactions, Lambert earned a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah and started her career in public accounting, obtaining her CPA license in 2012.
