Larry Almeleh is a Managing Director at JLL, specializing in Tenant Representation for professional services and tech companies in Seattle. He prides himself in creating long term relationships with his clients and aiding them in their real estate management long after leases are signed.
Larry began his career over 30 years ago with JMB Office Leasing Co, where he was responsible for the successful marketing and lease-up of troubled assets. Following that, he worked on behalf of the Government of Singapore to oversee the leasing of their West Coast office properties.
Larry joined Washington Partners in 2000 and quickly began to put his extensive experience to work by bringing a depth of knowledge in space evaluation, economic analysis and lease negotiation to each deal he works on. Washington Partners was acquired by JLL in 2016.
Outside of the office, Larry enjoys any water-related activity, is always looking for ways to give back to the community and loves nothing more than hanging out with his wife and three grown kids.
