Sandy L. Sours is a Managing Director in the firmÂ’s Valuation & Financial Opinions Group. She is responsible for initiating new and managing existing client relationships and marshaling the appropriate firm resources necessary to respond to clientsÂ’ valuation, investment banking and litigation support needs. Ms. Sours has extensive experience working with large public and private companies, middle market firms, real estate portfolios, banks and financial institutions, public utilities, and accounting and tax professionals throughout the United States.
She regularly serves Fortune 500, middle market, and international companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fairness and solvency opinions, financial reporting, tax valuation, corporate finance, and other transaction-related matters. Ms. Sours is also experienced in providing valuation services required in connection with trust & estate, ad valorem taxation, collateral financing, ESOP, bankruptcy/reorganization-related valuation matters.
Prior to joining SRR, Ms. Sours was a VP and Managing Director at American Appraisal, a division of Duff and Phelps. Ms. Sours also worked with a major Philadelphia bank, Procter & Gamble, and was an adjunct professor at a local college.
